This site does not have a shipping calculator, so any item with a shipping weight over one pound shows the cost, which includes insurance and delivery confirmation, to Zone 8. Also, if you purchase multiple pieces of an item, or more than one item, you will not get an accurate shipping cost. When you purchase an item, please complete checkout and method of payment you will use, but do not pay yet. After I have received your order I will send you an invoice with the correct shipping amount.

Yes - If you purchase more than one item, I will do my best to combine shipping. Complete checkout but do not pay yet. When I have received your order I will send you an invoice with the combined shipping cost to your zip code. I always do my best to keep shipping as low as possible.

I normally ship USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. With the new shipping guidelines and costs introduced on 5/14/07 it now depends on the size of the box and the weight and what zone you are in for the most economical method. Insurance and delivery confirmation to be paid by the buyer is required on all items.

Insurance is required on all purchases. If in spite of my careful packaging an item arrives broken or damaged, please do not attempt to return it. This must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. I will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it.

I normally ship 2-3 business days after receiving cleared payment. Depending on the method of payment you choose it can take 3-10 business days for a payment to clear. I will email you when I have received payment, when payment has cleared, and when I ship your order.

I accept Paypal, Postal Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Cashier's Checks. I ship within 2 days of receiving cleared payment.

Yes, I do offer a discount when you purchase multiple items or multiple quantities of an item, if available, in one order, depending on the size of the order. Please email me at smilineyestreasures@gmail.com with items you wish to purchase and I will let you know the discount on that order before you purchase.

Many of my items I will ship internationally, USPS Priority Mail only. I do not have this site set up to calculate international shipping, so if you are interested in an item, please email me for the cost. Then, after you have placed your order, I will need to invoice you for the correct shipping cost. All payments are to be made in US dollars.
